We will provide you with the benefit of our collective experiences from conducting hundreds of weddings in a variety of UK venues. I did it my way As each event is unique, this process is an ongoing learning exercise and there will be situations that you come across that will require you to be flexible and to show initiative in resolving them. We are looking for people who can think on their feet and still deliver even in the face of a difficult situation. We can help you to prepare for these events but on the day itself it is your resourcefulness that will be needed to resolve any difficult situations. Formal training and informal supportWe will take you through a formal training program that will cover key topics, including: Support Services You wouldn't buy a dog and then bark yourself! Neither do we expect you to buy a franchise and do many of the basic administration functions yourself - we can offer a range of support services that will allow you to spend more time actually doing the real work of servicing the customer's needs. ©2007.
